This class will focus on the foundations of yoga with an emphasis on proper alignment and technique. Poses will be broken down and anatomical positioning will be explained to allow anyone from a beginner to a more experienced yogi to get more out of their practice. Modification of postures and prop use will be encouraged so that each individual can find what works best for their own unique body. Breathing techniques and meditation will also be introduced.
This event is open to all age groups, so bring the whole family! Participants should bring their own water and a mat or towel.
